摘要
目的:改进常规的眼球标本制作方法,并且制作、诊断了15例眼球摘除的病例。方法:眼球的固定,手术摘除后的眼球标本放置于体积大于眼球数倍的容器中,眼球的取材,眼球的脱水、包埋及制片。结果:所有切片效果良好。眼球不变形,外观收缩变形不明显,剖切眼球时肉眼观察未见有固定液性视网膜剥离。结论:本方法省时、操作简单、易于掌握;切片完整,各层结构清楚,细胞排列整齐,染色鲜艳,制作眼球切片选择本方法为佳。
Objective： To improve the conventional methods of eye specimens preparation and successfully prepared and diagnosed 15 cases of the eyeball enuclcation.Methods： After surgical removal of the eyes,the eyeball specimens were placed in the container whose volume was several times larger than the eye.Then the eyeballs were prepared,dehydrated,embedded and sliced.Results： All slices achieved good effects.The eyeballs were not deformed,the appearance of shrinkage was not obvious,and no retinal detachment were observed with the naked eye.Conclusion： This method is time-saving,simple to operate and easy to master and sections are integrated,layers of the structure are clear,cells are arranged in neat rows,dyeing is bright.Therefore,the method is good for preparing eye sections.
