摘要
目的了解某市城区灭鼠后居民对灭效及相关问题的认知情况,为政府公共卫生决策提供参考。方法使用电话访谈,在城区内随机抽取500户有效应答电话作为样本,共询问15个有关灭鼠的问题,数据录入使用EPIDATA双录入,SPSS软件做复杂抽样处理。结果本次共回收有效样本542份,其中认为某市鼠害严重占38.6%（95CI：33.8%~43.7%）,回答最近1月内家中有鼠类活动的占23.5%（95CI：19.3%~28.3%）,知道政府开展灭鼠的占41.3%（95CI：36.8%~46%）,认为灭鼠效果好的占20.7%（95CI：16%~26%）。结论某市城区内有鼠类活动,政府灭鼠行为方式有改进必要。
Objective To learn the urban residents awareness about rodent control efficiency and its belated problems,to provide basic for government public health decision-making.Method Using telephone interview,500 response telephones were randomly selected in the urban areas,and 15 questions about rodent control have be asked.The data inputed by EPIDATA and analysed by SPSS.Results The total valid samples were 542,38.6%（95CI：33.8%-43.7%） considered serious rodent infestation was existence in that city,rodent activity inside home within 1 month accounted for 23.5%（95CI：19.3%-28.3%）,41.3%（95CI：36.8%-46%） kenw the government carried out anti-rodenr,and with good effect on the rodent control accounted for 20.7%（95CI：16%-26%）.Conclusions The rodent density at a low level in that city,but the patterns of deratization need to be improve.
