摘要
根据钢液真空脱气过程气体溶解热力学和脱气动力学理论,建立了VD真空处理过程脱气数学模型,利用现场实际生产结果对模型进行验证,模型计算精度良好。同时分析了真空度、处理时间和钢水搅拌效果对VD脱气过程的影响。
A mathematical model of vacuum degasification in VD refining process is developed according to the theory of gas solution thermodynamics and degassing kinetics and a mathematical model for simulating the VD vacuum degasification process is established. The model verified with the on-site production data is proved to be of high accuracy.In the meanwhile the effects of vacuum,process time and hot metal stirring on the VD degasification process are analyzed.
