FLAIR技术在脑缺血诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:总结FLAIR(液体衰减反转恢复)技术原理,评价其在脑缺血诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:对10例健康查体者及43例脑缺血患者进行FI、AIR及TZW序列MR检查。结果:FI。AIR显示出全部脑缺血病灶,而TZW检查中19个病灶未显示,40个病灶可疑。FI,AlP奇快速自旋回波T_2W比较,能增加病灶的对比度,从而更敏感的发现病变。结论;FLAIR技术对脑缺血性病变的显示优于快速自旋回波T_2W,可作为其补充检查手段。 Purpose: Summarize fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FI,AIR) Pulse sequence technology Principle and evaluateit in the diagnosis of cerebral ischemia. Materials and Methods: With ten healthy cases and fourty - three cases with cerebral ischemiachecked by FLAIR sequence and T2 Weighted spin - echo sequence. Results: FLAIR images reveal total lesions, while turbo SET_2weighted images don' t reflect nineteen lesions, fourty 5uspicions, More lesions were displayed on FLAIR images than on turbo SE T2weighted images, The contrast between lesions and normal brain tissuc were den1onstrated better with FLAIR sequence. Conclusion:The lesions in the brain ischemia were demonstrated on FLAIR setluence better than on turbo SE T2 weighted sequence, and FLAIRcould be a complementing modality.
