摘要
目的了解大连市各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况,以便加强和改进消毒管理模式,提高消毒与灭菌质量。方法采用现场抽样和微生物、理化检测方法进行了调查。结果大连市各类医疗机构消毒监测合格率分别为省属综合医院89.80%,市属综合性医院90.98%,市级专科医院96.23%,区级医院81.62%,企业医院88.00%,民营医院74.29%。医护人员手卫生合格率75.00%,消化内镜合格率80%,物体表面合格率92.19%,灭菌物品无菌试验和压力蒸汽灭菌器生物监测合格率均为100.00%。结论大连市各级各类医疗单位消毒与灭菌质量状况整体较好,但存在不同程度的问题,应加强薄弱环节的管理。
Objective To understand disinfection and sterilization quality of different grade medical institutions in Dalian in order to strengthen and improve disinfection management models and to improve disinfection and sterilization quality.Methods On-spot sampling and microorganism and physical-chemical detection were carried out.Results The passing rates of disinfection monitoring in various medical institutions were： provincial general hospital 89.80%,municipal general hospital 90.98%,municipal special hospital 96.23%,district hospital 81.62%,enterprose hospital 88.00%,individual hospital 74.29%.The hygienic passing rates of hand,digestive endoscopy,object surface were 75.00%,80% and 92.19% respectively.The passing rates of sterility test for sterile object and biological monitoring for pressure-steam sterilization were 100%. Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization quality of different grade medical institutions in Dalian is totally good,while problems still exist in different degree.So management of weak links should be strengthened.
