摘要
目的观察国内市售8种医用防护服抗病毒穿透性能。方法以粘质沙雷菌噬菌体为指标,采用平板沉降法采样和液体接触渗透法,检测抗穿透性能。结果 1号防护服样品在开始加压后10 s即可见明显血液渗透,其他样品无明显渗血。在14 kPa压力下噬菌体渗透试验,5号样品有2次明显渗透,7号样品有1次出现渗透,其余样品没有观察到明显的渗透。所有试样洗脱液均检测出不同数量噬菌斑。结论所检测的8个市售防护服样品渗透试验全部不合格,抗病毒渗透能力比较差。
Objective To observe the resistance of eight medical protective clothings to virus penetration.Methods Petri dish sedimentation test and challenge suspension penetration test were used,with the phage SM702 of the bacteria serratia marcescens as surrogate microbe.Results Synthetic blood appeared to penetrate through sample 1 after adding pressure for 10 seconds.Other samples had no visible penetration and continued to the next step: phage challenge suspension penetration under the pressure of 14kPa.Sample 5 had twice visible penetration,sample 7 had once visible penetration,and other samples had no visible penetration.But all assay fluids exhibited detectable bacteriophage plaques.Conclusion All the eight medical protective clothing samples are unqualified.
