电信改革与中国电信业全要素生产率变动 被引量：2

摘要 本文采用Malmquist生产率指数测度了1980-2007年电信改革前后中国电信业全要素生产率的动态变化,并使用包括中国在内部分APEC地区电信运营企业的微观数据,进一步分析了中国电信业全要素生产率增长的源泉和动力。研究表明:电信改革推动了中国电信业全要素生产率的增长;全要素生产率的增长来自于电信技术进步,而电信技术效率的停滞和退步影响了全要素生产率的增长势头;"减员增效"将是下一阶段提高中国电信业技术效率和全要素生产率的捷径。
