摘要
采用免疫组织化学技术显示脑内胶质纤维酸性蛋白（GFAP）的变化。以观察大鼠大脑皮层局灶性脑缺血（FCI）后星形神经胶质细胞的反应。结果表明，在假手术大鼠大脑皮层内，GFAP表达阳性细胞主要分布于大脑皮层Ⅰ－Ⅱ层；FCI后24h，大脑皮层梗塞区周围脑组织中GFAP表达无显著变化；FCI后72h，大脑皮层梗塞区周围脑组织中GFAP表达显著增加。结果提示：FCI后72h，大脑皮层缺血边周区星形神经胶质细胞大量增生。
