摘要
目前使用的滤膜测尘用便携式粉尘采样器,采样流量不能恒定,因而测尘精度受人为因素影响。采用低雷诺数涡街流量计做传感器,利用PI调节器的超前特性补偿采样系统中惯性环节的滞后特性,可以达到恒流量采样之目的。
The portable dust sampler used in current filter membrane dust measurement cannot make the sampling flow constant, so the flowmeter reading is artificially affectad. However, low Rey- nolds number vortex street flow meter used as sensor and the lead feature of PI governor as com- pensator to the stagnation of the inertia link in the sampling system can bring forth the constant flow sampling.
