摘要 从传统资源研究方法和"meta-技术"两方面阐述了微生物勘探的必要性,介绍微生物勘探的主要内容与研究方法,讨论微生物勘探对微生物资源研究的意义与价值及其发展趋势。 The development of molecular biology and bioinformatics have greatly changed the concept,strategy and technology of microbial resource investigation.Up to present,bioprospecting approaches based on PCR,DNA hybridization,and other technologies,as well as their combinational methods have expanded the extent and depth of microbial resources,which the traditional investigation of culture resources changed to the microbial investigation including uncultured microbes,and their genes and metabolites.This brief review focuses on the necessity of bioprospection from the points of traditional microbial techniques and 'metaapproach',introduces the concept and techniques of bioprospecting on microbial resources,and the significance and future perspectives.
