摘要
以荸荠试管苗为材料,在培养基中添加不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液,研究硒对荸荠组培苗的生长及SOD和POD活性的影响。用于培养幼苗的培养基为MS+6-BA(1.0mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L)+6%琼脂+30%蔗糖,在培养基中添加不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液后,测定荸荠幼苗的长势及SOD和POD等酶活性及MDA含量。结果显示,硒浓度为45mg/L时,荸荠组培苗的生长势较好,SOD和POD等酶的活性相对较高,MDA含量最低;硒浓度低于45mg/L时,对SOD和POD起激活作用,可促进生长;硒浓度高于45mg/L时,对SOD和POD活性及组培苗的生长有抑制作用。表明只有适当的硒浓度,才能增强SOD和POD活性,促进生长。
This article primarily studied effects of Se on growth and activity of SOD and POD in Water chestnut;The medium for tissue culture of Water chestnut is MS + 6-BA (1.0 mg/L) + NAA (0.1 mg/L) + 6 g/L agar+30 g/L sucrose.After adding different concentrations of Se in the medium,the change of SOD and POD activities and the contents of MAD and the growth vigor were determined;When the selenium content was 45 mg/L,SOD and POD activities were higher,the growth vigor was better and the MAD content was decreased;Only appropriate selenium content could enhance activity of SOD and POD and promote growth.
