摘要
测定10株分离自广东省不同香蕉种植区的香蕉枯萎病菌1号和4号生理小种在不同培养基上的形态、生长速率和产孢能力的差异。结果显示,不同生理小种菌株在PDA、Komada改良培养基、粉蕉组织浸提液培养基和香蕉组织浸提液培养基上的形态、生长速率和产孢能力等特性差异不明显,不能依据这些特性区分1号和4号生理小种;但在康乃馨叶片琼脂(Carnation leaf agar,CLA)培养基上产生的孢子形态具有明显差异,4号生理小种的菌株产生典型的尖镰刀状大孢子,孢子多6个隔,长约(36.80±5.33)~(44.93±4.80)μm,宽约(3.40±0.20)~(4.27±0.25)μm,占总孢子数的比例较大,为(40.87±9.67)%~(62.50±7.84)%,而1号生理小种个体产生的大型孢子前端钝圆,弯曲程度低,多4个隔,孢子长约(22.31±3.89)~(25.01±6.16)μm,宽约(3.42±0.23)~(3.90±0.24)μm,占总孢子数的比例很小,为(2.55±1.95)%~(4.50±1.76)%。
Ten isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 1 and race 4 were collected from some banana-growing regions in Guangdong province.Their morphological parameters and growth ratio on different media were tested.The results showed that their forms,growth ratio and spore shapes on PDA,modified Komada,Musa AAA tissues extract and Musa ABB tissues extract media were not distincted obviously and race 1 and race 4 could not be discriminated by these morphological characteristics.The spore shapes of these isolates showed difference on carnation leaf agar medium and the macroconidia of race 4 were typical Fusarium macroconidia,usually 6-septate,(36.80 ±5.33)~(44.93±4.80) μm × (3.40±0.20)~(4.27±0.25) μm,about (40.87±9.67)%~(62.50±7.84)% of total spores,but the macroconidia of race 1 were blunt apical cells,usually 4-septate,(22.31±3.89)~(25.01±6.16) μm × (3.42±0.23)~(3.90±0.24) μm,and percent of total spores was just about (2.55±1.95)%~(4.50±1.76)%.
