摘要
采用细胞学研究技术,以7个高产的橡胶树品种、19份低产的1981’IRRDB种质和5个高比区的橡胶树无性系为材料,分析巴西橡胶树树皮结构特征与胶乳产量的相关性。结果表明,在高产品种和低产种质间、高比区无性系间以及同一无性系的植株间,有功能次生韧皮部中的乳管列数目与有功能次生韧皮部厚度的比值都与胶乳产量显著正相关。最内层石细胞团以内的次生韧皮部中乳管列数目与次生韧皮部厚度的比值在高产品种和低产种质间以及在高比区不同无性系间与胶乳产量显著正相关,但在同一无性系的植株间与胶乳产量没有相关性。
Among the various structural properties,the number of secondary laticifer rings has been shown to be the most important single property positively related to rubber yield in rubber tree.It is,however,arduous and inaccurate to count all the laticifer cells (or rings) in bark tissues under a light microscope.This paper is to reveal the correlation between the bark anatomic properties and rubber yield by cytological techniques in three groups of rubber trees:seven of Hevea cultivars with high rubber yield and 19 of 1981' IRRDB germplasms with low rubber yield,5 of Hevea clones in a advanced variety trial,and five trees within each Hevea clones.The ratio of number of laticifer rings in functional secondary phloem to the tangential length of functional secondary phloem is significanly correlative with rubber yield in all the three groups while the ratio of number of laticifer rings in the secondary phloem between the cambia and the innermost stone cell ring to the tangential length of this area is significanly correlative with rubber yield in the groups of Hevea cultivars and 1981' IRRDB germplasms,and five of Hevea clones,but no correlation in five trees of each clone.These two easily observed parameter are expected to be applied to aid Hevea breeding program for high yield purpose
