摘要
20世纪前后,日本有贺长雄、小野冢喜平次等人对国民外交思想进行了系统地阐述,这引起了中国留日学生及戊戌后流亡日本的梁启超等人的注意,国人在接受这一思想的同时,还将其引入内忧外患日益深重的中国。本文则通过对近代国人接触国民外交思想的历时性考察,借以管窥西方国民外交思想的内涵和特点,厘清中国国民外交思想的渊源脉络。
Before and after the 20th century,Japanese scholar Ariga Nagao and Kiheiji Onozuka were sys-tematically elaborated the ideal of national diplomacy,which caused the Chinese students in Japan and Liang Qi-chao and others＇ notice.They accepted this ideal and introduced to Chinese people.Through a history inspection of how Chinese people accept this ideal,can not only have a view of the western national diplomacy,but also clarify the origin of China＇s national diplomacy.
