摘要
目的：椎管内肿瘤表现多样，易误诊，对误诊原因进行分析，有助于提高临床诊断水平。方法：对３６例误诊病例的特点包括年龄、部位、肿瘤类型、临床表现以及诊断治疗进行分析。结果：对肿瘤表现多样性认识不足，对体位性根性痛认识不足，过分依赖ＣＴ检查是导致误诊的主要原因。结论：详细询问病史，仔细体格检查，正确选用特殊检查可避免误诊。
Aim:For improving the diagnosis,we study and analyze the causes of misdiagnosis in lumbar spinal tumor.Methods:The character of 36 cases misdiagnosed was analyzed with regard to age,position and type of the tumor,clinical trait,treatment diagnosis.Results:The main causes of misdiagnosis comprises underestimate the variety of tumor and pain of never root from different physical position,depending on CT extravagantly.Conclusions:Taking history of disease entirely,examining body carefully,chosing special examination correctly are the way of avoiding misdiagnosis.
