摘要
为减少现有混沌优化方法在搜索空间内的盲目重复搜索,提高寻优效率,提出了一种改进的混沌优化算法,并用于电力系统经济负荷分配这类复杂、非线性问题的求解中。该算法根据当前寻得的最优解确定精搜索空间,并根据精搜索空间与原空间的比例大小确定各自的搜索概率,并分别以不同的搜索概率同时对原空间和精搜索空间进行混沌搜索。这样即可避免传统混沌优化算法中因过早缩小搜索空间而造成的遗失全局最优解的缺点,又可提高算法的寻优速度。实验结果表明,该方法收敛速度快,寻优效率高,可有效解决电力系统经济负荷分配等复杂的优化问题。
In order to avoid blind and repeated searching of chaos optimization in searching space,an improved chaos optimization algorithm is proposed to improve searching efficiency and solve the complicated and nonlinear problems of economic load dispatch on power system.The algorithm determines the fine searching space based on the optimal solution,and defines each search probability according to the ratio of fine searching space to the origin space.The fine searching space and the origin space are searched simultaneously according to different search probabilities.This method can overcome the shortcoming of losing the global optimal points owing to prematurely shrinking the searching space of the variables optimized in conventional chaos optimization algorithm.Simulation results show that the improved chaos optimization method has good performance,such as fast convergence and high search efficiency.The problem of economic dispatch of power systems can be resolved by the methods successfully.
