摘要
在兔眼建立偏中心同种异体穿透性角膜移植模型。观察了局部使用氟联苯丙酸对角膜移植术后植片新生血管内生、病理反应和存活时间的影响。结果表明：与使用生理盐水的对照组相比，１％氟联苯丙酸生理盐水滴眼治疗组植片的存活时间显著延长，炎性细胞浸润减轻，新生血管反应显著下降。提示：氟联苯丙酸可能通过抑制炎症反应、减少新生血管和下调免疫反应来阻断排斥反应的发生。
The effects of flurbiprofen,a
cyclooxygenase inhibitor,on eccentrically penetrating keratoplasty was investigated.It was
found that topical application of flurbiprofen reduced the corneal neovascular response
and inflammatory infiltration induced by surgical trauma and sutures,and prolonged
survival of corneal grafts.We concluded that flurbiprofen could be a useful therapeutic
adjuvant to prevent corneal graft rejection.
