摘要
目的：探讨儿童白内障手术，特别是外伤性白内障手术的并发症及处理。方法：对９４例（９８只眼）先天性、外伤性、后发性白内障分别行不同术式的手术，对术后视力、术中和术后并发症及处理进行分析。结果：术后视力比术前提高者９０只眼，随访３７只眼，视力提高２９只眼。术中主要并发症为后囊破裂和玻璃体脱出。术后主要并发症有后囊混浊（ＰＣＯ）、前房炎症反应等。结论：白内障摘除术是处理儿童白内障的有效手段。儿童白内障术后并发症与成人相比有其特殊性。适时恰当的处理。

study complications and management after cataract extraction in children,especially in
traumatic eyes,cataract extraction with or without combined operations were performed on
94 cases(98 eyes)with congenital,traumatic or secondary cataract and the postoperative
visual acuity,complications and management were analyzed.Visual acuity of 90 eyes was
increased.37 eyes were followed up for a mean period of 8 months and visual acuity
of 29 eyes was increased.Main complications during the operation were posterior
capsular rupture and vitreous prolapse.Main postoperative complications were posterior
capsular opacification(PCO),anterior chamber inflammation,etc.Cataract extraction was
effective in pediatric cataract treatment.Characteristics of complications after cataract
extraction in children were different from those in adults.Most patients get improved
visual acuity after early and adequate treatment.
