When all countries are worded about greenhouse gas and warming global climate, the Arctic Ocean appears promising as the warming-up means the Arctic Ocean will remove millions upon millions of years＇ ice and snow coverage and return to spring. The tapping of the Arctic Ocean will be no longer remote future, thus bringing huge opportunity for ship develop- ment in the frozen area. The Arctic region dubbed as ＂the last treasure on the globe＂ contains tremendous petroleum and natural gas resources.
