船舶融资问题的爆发，距今已近两载。业界虽多方寻求解决方案，但效果难以尽如人意，就现今的市场环境来看，欧亚大陆两端的船舶融资机构各自正面临着不同的困境，短期内对世界航运造船业亟待解决的资金问题似乎都难以提供根本性的解决方案。
It＇s two years since ship financing fell into the mud. People have been seeking a solution, but outcome is far from satisfac- tory. In the current market environment, ship financing institutions in Europe and Asia are in different plights, hopeless to offer a fundamental solution to ship financing, an urgent issue for the global shipping industry.
