摘要
高校学生会对于高校的建设和学生的发展起着重要的作用。文章借鉴组织控制系统的抽象模型,解释了高校学生会的运行模式,并对其价值目标进行分析。认为,当前高校学生会出现的种种问题在于其结构运行机制和价值目标的不一致,学生会在运行过程中,过多受控于外部环境而忽视了对组织目标的方向性的价值约束。此外,从开放系统的视角提出了促成高校学生会结构运行机制与价值目标的一致化的意见和建议。
College Student Union plays an important role in guiding the construction of the university and the development of the students.This article used the abstract model of the organizational Cybernetic system to explain the operating mode and analyse the value target of College Student Union.Considering that the problems in College Student Union are due to the inconsisitency of the organization operational mechanisms with the value target,which lies in restricting by external environment and ignoring the value of directional constraints of the value target.Furthermore,this article offered some suggestions on promoting the consistency of the organization operational mechanisms with the value target from the angle of open system.
