摘要
某综合楼工程在进行水暖电安装、粉刷及屋面工程施工时,一楼大厅堆放的屋面聚苯板保温材料起火引发火灾通过对该综合楼一层局部位置进行结构检测、鉴定,探讨了遭受火灾的建筑物检测、鉴定的方法及结构损伤程度的评定方法,结合实际现场检测情况,分析了火灾对建筑物的影响。
When installing the water supply, heating and power supply, rendering and roof construction, the polystyrene board on the roof was burned and arose fire disaster. Based on the detection and identification on the part of ground store of the complex building, the detection and identification methods of building after fire and the assessment method of building damage degree was discussed. Combined with fire-site inspection, the effect of fire for the building was analyzed, and the Corresponding measurements was proposed.
