摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对344例慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜鼻窦手术。结果 344例患者中,Ⅰ型治愈率95.7%(245/256),好转率4.3%(11/256);Ⅱ型治愈率82.5%(66/80),好转率15%(12/80),无效率2.5%(2/80);Ⅲ型治愈率25%(2/8),好转率50%(4/8),无效率25%(2/8)。Ⅰ～Ⅲ型总有效率为98.8%。结论在严格掌握适应证的情况下,鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效确切,是治疗慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods The clinical data of 344 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to the therapeulic evaluation criterion of endoscopic sinus surgery,the cure and improved rates in type Ⅰ were 95.7% and 4.3%respectively. the cure,improved and no improved rates in type Ⅱwere 82.5%,15%and 2.5% respectively, the cure,improved and no improved rates in type Ⅲ were 25% ,50% and 25%respectively. The total efficiency of type Ⅰ -Ⅲ was 98.8%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective method in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.
