摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声的特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的56例乳腺癌的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像的情况。结果彩色超声多普勒对乳腺肿块的诊断符合率为92.86%,漏诊率为3.57%,误诊率为7.14%,漏诊与误诊合计比例为10.71%。二维声像图的特点:边缘不规则者为36例(64.29%),内部低回声者为23例(41.07%),点状钙化者为12例(21.43%),周围高回声环者30例(53.57%),后方衰减者为12例(21.43%),纵横比率≥l为12例(21.43%)。CDFI血流信号:0级者共8例,I级者共9例,Ⅱ级者共32例,Ⅲ级者共7例。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的检出率,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the breast cancer＇s Color doppler ultrasonography character. Methods The results of ultrasonograph of the breast cancer were retrospectively observed in 56 pathological proven breast cancer patients. Results The color doppler uhrasonography diagnose accordance rate on the 56 patients was 92.86%,rate of missed diagnosis was 3.57%,misdiagnosis was 7.14%. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography＇s diagnose accordance rate is high and it has high diagnostic value on breast cancer and thereout it has importmant clinical applying value.
