摘要
分析知识经济时代大学和企业的Ｒ＆Ｄ活动分别面临的挑战，探讨大学和企业合作进行Ｒ＆Ｄ活动的基础和障碍；阐述建立大学－企业间动态联盟的可行性和意义；讨论提高大学－企业间动态联盟成功机会的主要因素。
Analyze the foundations and obstacles of building University-Industry Virtual Alliances in the coming Knowledge-based economy era.Treat of the possibility and meanings of such allicances on the base of the prior analyses.Critical strategies are given to help enhance the successful possibility of the alliances.
