摘要
本文认为科研人员的管理行为是项目成败的关键。指出,科研人员应具备宝塔型的管理知识结构,并能够将管理的计划、组织、指挥、控制和协调等五大职能在科研活动中得到正确应用。在交流、交往过程中,利用会议和非会议形式充分表达即将开展的工作和已经完成的工作,提高容错能力,才能够使科研课题按照预定的方向进行。
