摘要
回顾中国国际救援队分两批次赴巴基斯坦参加洪灾救援工作，分析洪灾救援任务特点与要求，按照流动医院医疗救援工作流程模式展开救援，合理筹建队伍、科学编组与指挥、准备工作内容与要求、完善组织与制度建设、科学设定工作时限、维护内外部关系、志愿者队伍建设以及流程再造与完善。实践经验表明，中国流动医院洪灾救援工作模式设计科学、功能齐全、运转顺畅、效果良好，满足了救援任务的需要。
Objective To review tasks completed by China Mobil Hospital in the rescue mission to the flood disaster in Pakistan in reference with achievements previously recorded on both domestic and international levels. Methods Situating ourselves with features of the task and precisely grasping its core, describe the effective rescue mode in following aspects - rationally forming the rescue team, the subgroups, as well as the reporting system, preparation of detailed tasks and their requirements, perfecting the rescue systemic organization, making rational work schedule, keeping communication channel open, establishing volunteer team, setting up an efficient rescue access, and etc. Results The mission conducted by China Mobile Hospital received expected result in smooth operation and reached its full functionality. Conclusion The model of China Mobile Hospital proved itself as it met all the medical needs in the flood disaster with its functional features.
