摘要
IEEE802.16标准提供了高速率、低成本、扩展性好的接入网技术。为了提高网络吞吐量和降低端到端时延,结合IEEE802.16 Mesh模式下控制子帧的特点,基于跨层设计思想提出一种动态带宽分配算法。该方法既考虑了节点自身的负荷情况也考虑了链路质量,通过动态调整传输等待时间来缓解网络拥塞,提高资源利用率。仿真结果表明,该方法有效提高了吞吐量、降低了端到端时延。
IEEE 802.16 standard provides a high-speed, low-cost, scalable access network technology. Considering the characteristics of control sub-frame in IEEE 802.16 Mesh mode, we proposed a new dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm in order to improve network throughput and reduce end to end delay. The proposed algorithm takes into account nodes load and link quality, by dynamically adjusting transmission wait time to ease network congestion and improve resource utilization. Simulation results show that this algorithm effectively improves throughput and reduces end to end delay.
