摘要
目的观察改良小切口手术与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月～2010年1月行改良小切口手术的患者15例为观察组,并与我院行传统甲状腺切除术的15例患者(对照组)作对照,比较两组患者的手术效果、术中出血量、术后并发症、患者满意度等指标。结果观察组与对照组的手术效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的术中出血量、术后并发症、患者满意度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤疗效确切,术中出血量少,术后并发症少,患者满意度高,值得在临床广泛推广。
Objective To observe the therapy effect of the modified mini-incision surgery and the normal surgery for thyroid adenoma. Methods Fifteen cases of modified mini-incision surgery were selected as observation group, and 15 cases of normal surgery were selected as control group .They were all from our center between Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2010. The surgery effects, the volume of blood loss in surgery, the postoperative complications and the degree of patient satisfaction were observed in the two group. Results There was no significant difference in the surgery effect between the two groups （P^O.05）, but there were significant differences in the volume of blood loss in surgery, the postoperative complications and the degree of patient satisfaction between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified mini-incision surgery for thyroid adenoma is effective, with less blood loss in surgery , fewer postoperative complications and better patient satisfaction, worthy of being popularized.
