摘要
目的探讨推行护理人员实施颈外静脉穿刺置管在中心静脉穿刺置管中的应用价值。方法实施完全护理人员颈外静脉穿刺置管162例(观察组)和临床医生操作的颈内、锁骨下静脉穿刺162例(对照组)比较。结果观察组较对照组操作时间短(8±3.2min/14±5.1min)(P<0.05);一次穿刺成功率高(92.0%/84.1%)(Ρ<0.05);穿刺损伤性并发症少(出血3例/10例,气胸0例/4例)(Ρ<0.01)。结论实施护理人员颈外静脉穿刺置管操作简单,护士易掌握,成功率高,损伤并发症少,适应证宽,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the implementation of the jugular vein catheterization by nursing staff in the central venous catheter and its application value. Methods The operation of 162 cases of the jugular vein catheterization by nursing staff （observation greup）and the operation of 162 cases of the internal carotid and subclavian vein puncture by clinicians（control group）were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （8 ± 3.2min vs 14 ±5.1min）（P〈0.05）,the one time puncture success rate of the observation group was higher （92.0%） than that of the control group （84.1%）（P〈0.05）, and the complications caused by puncture injury were fewer in the observation group （3 cases of hemorrhage, and none of pneumothorax） than those in the control group（ 10 cases of hemorrhage and 4 cases of pneumothorax）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the jugular vein catheterization by nurses shows simple operation, easy to grasp, high success rate and fewer complications, worthy of being popularized.
