摘要
针对冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢纯弯梁,从现有文献中,选取具有代表性的截面形式,分析截面各种几何参数对弹性畸变屈曲临界应力fod的影响,并在此基础上拟合得到fod计算公式。该拟合公式物理意义明确,与有限条法计算结果进行对比,结果表明:所提出的公式具有较高工程精度,且简单实用、便于手算;该公式的运用,推进了直接强度法的实用化进程,亦可供工程设计人员参考。
Based on the representative forms of cross-section selected from current references,the influences of geometric parameters on the elastic distortional buckling stress fod of cold-formed lipped channels subjected to pure bending are discussed and the fitting formula for fod is obtained.The formula is simple in calculation process with definite physical meanings and is quite accurate through comparisons with results from buckling analyses using finite strip method.The formula provides reference for the practical advancement of Direct Strength Method(DSM) and may be directly used in practical design.
