摘要
In hopes of benefiting library reform practice, the authors establish the systematic theories for library reform based on the following interrelated and interacted aspects, namely, the theory of dialectics in economy and culture, the theory of economic construction as the centre, the theory of external challenge, the theory of connotation development, the theory of public welfare cause, the theory of social effectives, the theory of the 3rd industry, the theory of service to regional economy, the theory of educational policies, etc.
