摘要
研究了20钢室温冷变形后膏剂硼锆共渗层组织、冷变形量和共渗时间对渗层深度的影响。结果表明,室温冷变形降低了渗层中FeB相含量,从而改善了渗层脆性,且随变形量增加,渗层深度增加,在某一变形度下,渗层深度达到极大值。
Z Thezirconoboridinglayerstructure,propertiesandlayerdepthof20steelafterroomtemperturedeformationwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthattheroomtemperaturedeformationcandecreasethecontentofFeBphaseinthepenetratinglayer,sothebrittlenessisimproved.Inaddition,thedepthofzirconoboridinglayerisincreasingwiththeincreasingofthedeformationdegree,andcanbeuptothemaximumvalueinsomespecialdeformation.
