摘要
研究了稀土对H13钢在盐浴氮化中的影响。对H13钢进行低温无毒硫氮碳共渗,在这基础上加入稀土元素,实验结果表明,稀土元素的加入可加速盐浴氮化的过程,具有催渗效果,并能改善其性能,满足模具盐浴氮化的技术要求。
Effect of rare-earth element on H13 steel during liquid nitrogenous treatment has been studied in this paper.The resul tshow that it can speed up the process of liquid nitrogenous treatment while adding rare earth element in the course of nontoxic sulfur nitrogen carbon treatment.In the mean time,it improves the performance of H13 steel and meet the technical needs of liquid nitrogenous treatment of mould.It has a better economy and social benefit as well.
