摘要
煤炭资源开发所固有的时间持续性、空间扩展性和强干扰性等特点,使矿区生态环境演变具有明显的累积效应,使得矿区内不同矿井保护目标不一致,措施难统一,生态环境保护达不到预期效果。本文明确了矿区生态环境累积效应的概念、主要内容和形式等,构建了矿区生态环境累积效应多尺度分析概念框架,指出建立矿区生态环境累积效应分析和评价体系,探讨减缓矿区生态环境累积效应的措施和方法是未来的研究方向。
The inherent characteristics of time duration and space expansion of coal exploitation make ecological cumulative effects significant.Because of lack of integrity and inadequate analysis of macro-analysis,the traditional environment impact assessment method which is based on a single project can't satisfy the need of ecological protection.This paper defines the connotation of ecological cumulative effect,summarizes the main research contents and constructs the ecological cumulative effects multi-scale analysis framework in coal mining area.Finally the directions for further study are put forward.
