摘要
本文首先介绍了我国企业参与跨国并购的历史和现状,明确了跨国并购是我国企业对外投资和拓展国际市场的重要手段,然后,分析了我国矿业企业在国民经济中的特殊地位,最后,探讨了跨国并购是我国矿业企业的发展壮大的必由之路。
This paper first demonstrates that cross-border M A is an important means of enterprises in China to make overseas investment and expand international market through introducing the historic background and status quo of Chinese enterprises engaging in abroad M A.It then analyzes the uniquely important role played by domestic mining companies in the national economy.In the end,it discusses the reasons why cross-border M A is an inevitable road for mining enterprises in China to realize development and expansion.
