摘要
坩埚匀速旋转可使定向凝固的过共晶BiMn合金的圆形试棒形成分层生长的自生复合材料;其外层由Bi和极少量MnBi组成,内部则为在Bi中均布着粗纤维状的MnBi金属间化合物。分析认为,这是结晶前沿处富集较多的金属Bi在离心力作用下向外迁移的结果。
Abstract Uniform rotation of crucible may produce insitu composite of layerseperated growth of hypereutectic BiMn alloy through unidirectional solidification,the outlayer consists of Bi with minor quantities of MnBi,innerlayer is thickfibrous MnBi intermetallic compound uniformly distributed in pure Bi,which is due to outmigration of enriched Bi in the L/S front under the centrifugal force.
