摘要
目的了解河南省农民健康状况的动态变化及其影响因素。方法对河南省抽样地区5年间2次农村居民卫生服务调查资料进行分析,以两周患病率、慢性疾病患病率等指标进行纵向分析比较,采用问卷和家庭询问调查相结合的方法获得数据,采用SPSS12.0对调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2007年总患病率较2003年有所降低(P<0.001)。两次调查不同年龄段两周患病率均不同(P<0.001)。不同经济水平地区间慢性病患病率有差异(P<0.01)。女性患病率明显高于男性。结论河南省农民5年间健康状况有所提高,经济状况是影响农民健康状况和卫生服务需要的主要因素,农民的健康状况与性别、年龄等人口学因素有关。
Objective To know the change tendency and influential factors of farmers＇ health status of He＇ nan Province.Methods To analyze the materials of the twice health service investigation in the He＇ nan Province during 5 years.Carry on the longitudinal analysis using indicators such as two-week prevalence and prevalence of chronic diseases.We obtain the data through a questionnaire and family investigation and analysis the data using SPSS 12.0.Results The total prevalence rate reduced（P0.001）.In two investigations,the twice two-week prevalence were different among different age sections（P0.001）.In different economic area,the difference of chronic disease prevalence had statistics significance（P0.01）.The feminine prevalence rate was higher than the male obviously.Conclusion Health condition of He＇nan Province improves during 5 years.Economic condition is the primary factor that affects the health condition and health service need,besides;gender and age also affect farmers＇ health condition.
