摘要
开发了铜转炉富氧吹炼冰铜过程的动态物料和能量控制模型及富氧吹炼节能模型,分析计算富氧浓度对物料和能量收支的影响,并预测富氧对转炉烟气在生成量、吹炼时间、冷料加入量的影响情况,结果与实践生产数据吻合较好.根据开发的模型,可以进一步利用计算机模拟和仿真实际生产,优化富氧吹炼工艺参数,并寻求最佳富氧浓度,指导冰铜富氧吹炼生产的操作与控制。
The mathematical models, including dynamic material and energy balance models and energy-savingmodel during copper matte converting process using oxygen-enriched have ho developed, and someapplication results Which are well agreed with the practical operation data have also ho obtained. Based onthese models, the effects of the oxygen-enrichment of air on some paraments, such as smoke gases decrement,cold dopes increment, converting time decrement and heat accumulation rate, could further been predicted bycomputer simulation. Therefore, these models are available during directing and controlling the copper matteconverting process using oxygen-enriched air.
