摘要
为将二氧化铅电极用于钨冶金工业生产中,本文通过加速寿命试验、电化学线性极化、SEM测试及半工业寿命试验对PbO_2。电极在碱性体系中应用可行性进行研究.加速寿命试验、电化学线性极化实验的结果表明.该电极在溶液中寿命长,具有良好的电催化活性,可以用作膜电解法从Na_2WO_4溶液中脱出游离碱的阳极.SEM测试结果表明,钛基体与涂层之间出现裂纹是电极失效的主要原因.半工业试验的结果表明该电极用于实际生产中电效高、能耗低.有广泛的应用前景.
To extend the utility of lead dioxide electrode in tungsten metallurgy industry, the possibility of leaddioxide electrode used in alkaline solution was studied by polarization curves, accelerated life test, SEM andsemiindustrial test. The adults showed that lead dioxide electrode possessed long working life and excellentelectrocatalytic activity in NaOH, Na2CO3 +NaHCO3 solutions. The electrode can be used as anode in theprocess of sepalating free alkali from Na2WO4 solution in tungsten metallurgy, Moreover, scanning electronmicroscopy provides information about the morphology of the coatings. Main reason of the failure of PbO2electode is due to the crack between Ti base and PbO2 film. The results of semiindustrial tests show thatthis electrode performs very well in practice and has bright future in industrial use.
