摘要
采用三段萃取流程净化钴电解液：P２０４萃取除铁、锌、锰，环烷酸（ＨＡ）－吡啶酯（ＰＥ２０６）萃取除铜，ＨＡ－ＰＥ２０６萃取除镍．进行了半工业试验．净化后液满足生产１＃钴新液要求(Co100g/1,Zn(0.001g/1,Cu(0.0003g/1)，并得到１号钴产品．
A purification process for cobalt electrolyte has been proposed. In this process Fe, Zn and Mn were re-moved by P204, Cu and Ni were removed by HA - PE206. The bench-scale test and pilot test were carriedout in several centrifugal contactors. The refined cobalt chloride liquor met a criterion of l# cobaltelectrolyte (Co - 100g/L),Fe<0.001g/L, Zn<0.001g/L, Cu<0.0003g/L and Ni<0.03g/L) and 1# cobalt productwas obtained.
