摘要
目的:考察复方马钱外用酊的制备工艺。方法:以马钱子碱、士的宁的含量和干膏收率为指标,以乙醇浓度、浸泡次数、浸泡时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选制备工艺。结果:优选的制备工艺为70%的乙醇作溶剂,浸泡3次,每次浸泡15d。结论:选出的制备工艺经济、合理、重现性好,可用于指导生产,具有可操作性。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the preparation technology of Fufang maqian tincture for external use.METHODS：The preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of brucine and strychnine and the yield of extracts as index and with the concentration of ethanol,immersing times and time as factors.RESULTS：The optimized preparation technology was as follows：70% ethanol,immersing for 3 times,15 d each time.CONCLUSION：The preparation technology is economical,reasonable,operable and reproducible for industrial production of Fufang maqian tincture for external use.
