摘要
滇南红厚壳叶经甲醇浸提并浓缩得浸膏,提取浸膏再用石油醚萃取.石油醚溶解部位经硅胶柱层析,石油醚-乙酸乙酯作为洗脱剂梯度洗脱,获得4个化合物,其中在石油醚-乙酸乙酯体积比为9:1的洗脱条件下首次从该植物中分离得到一种白色柱状晶体.经IR,MS,1HMNR和13CMNR以及X射线单晶衍射对分离化合物进行结构表征,确定所获化合物1为木栓内酯.采用MTT法研究了木栓内酯诱导小鼠骨髓间质干细胞的增殖活性,显示出一定的促进作用.
The methanol extract of the dried leaf of Calophyllum polyanthum was partitioned successively with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.Petroleum ether fraction was gradient eluted over silica gel column using 9:1 petroleum ether-ethyl acetate as eluant to give a rod crystal and three known compounds.The rod crystal was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The results showed that the crystal was friedelin-3,4-lactone,and the molecular formula was C30H50O2.Its bioactivity was measured by MTT assay.The results proved that triterpenoid lactone has a promotion effect on the inducing proliferation of rat mesenchymal stem cells(rMSCs).
