摘要
目的:观察四妙散加味治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组90例用四妙散加味,对照组30例用秋水仙碱治疗。结果:两组治疗后关节疼痛与关节肿胀改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较关节疼痛与关节肿胀改善无显著性差异(P>0.05),临床总疗效治疗组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:四妙散加味治疗急性痛风性关节炎有良好效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis treated by Simiao Powder with additional integrants.Method： 90 cases were treated with Simiao Powder with additional integrants as the study group while 30 cases were treated with Colchicine as the control group.Result： There was significant difference in the improment of joint pain and joint swelling in the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total therapeutic effect between the study group and the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Simiao Powder with additional integrants has good effect on acute gouty arthritis.
