摘要
随着悬臂式掘进机重型化的发展,掘进机在硬岩开挖中的应用技术日渐成熟,硬岩开挖的连续性也得到很大提高。研究表明悬臂式掘进机进行巷道掘进时具有很大的自由性,可以根据需要实现截割要求,大大降低了截割过程中的矿石损失与贫化,进而为掘进机在非煤矿山机械化连续开采中的应用提供了有益的参考。基于悬臂式掘进机的截割特点,讨论了不同倾角下掘进机回采断面的选择,以矿石损失量最少为依据对各倾角矿体进行了分类,并讨论了各分类情况下的矿石适宜回采技术。
With the development of heavy-duty boom-type roadheader,the application technology of roadheader in hard rock excavation is becoming more mature,and the continuity of hard rock excavation also been greatly improved.The study shows that boom-type roadheader has a great freedom in roadway excavation,can achieve cutting according to the requirements,which greatly reduces ore loss and dilution in cutting process,this provides a useful reference for the application of roadheader in mechanized continuous mining at non-coal mines.Based on the cutting features of roadheader,this paper discusses the selection of mining section under different dip angles of orebody.Ore-bodies with different dip angles are classified based on the least loss of ore,and suitable mining technologies for various kinds of ore-body are discussed.
