摘要
差动电阻式仪器能同时兼测温度,在水工建筑物安全监测中占有十分重要的地位,但其温度测量精度有待提高。围绕差动电阻式仪器测温的精度、检验与率定及温度计算方式、检验限差等方面进行了研究与讨论,提出了采用二次曲线来拟合差动电阻式仪器热电阻与温度的关系,适当增加温度检验挡位等建议,可供规范修订以及生产厂家、使用单位参考。
Differential resistance instruments can take consideration of temperature measurement besides its own measure function,therefore they have been applied widely in safety monitoring in hydropower projects.However,the accuracy needs to be improved.We mainly discuss the temperature measurement of differential resistance instruments,including temperature measurement precision,detection and calibration,temperature calculation mode and detection limited error,and propose that we should adopt conic to fit the relation between thermal resistance value of differential resistance instruments and the temperature and increase temperature detection grades,which can be referred by code revision,manufacture factories and users.
