摘要
药品对机体的作用具有两重性,一方面是治疗作用,另一方面是不良反应。自1877年英国医学会报道了当时广泛用于全身麻醉的氯仿具有严重的呼吸和心脏毒性的消息后,药品不良反应(ADR)开始引起了人们的关注。20世纪60年代初,震惊世界的“反应停(thalidomide)”事件促使许多国家建立了各种药品不良反应监测机构,开展了ADR及其流行病学的研究。
