经电子结肠镜植入内支架结合中药治疗结肠癌术后放疗后结肠狭窄并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的通过对结肠癌术后放疗后结肠狭窄梗阻患者经电子结肠镜放置记忆自膨式镍钛合金内支架的体会,结合文献复习,探讨内支架放置的可行性和规范。方法在明确狭窄位置等情况后,于电子结肠镜直视下放置记忆自膨式镍钛合金内支架,放置术后以中药治疗促进胃肠功能恢复,随访6个月,获得满意效果。结果一次放置支架成功,放置后观察支架位置及膨胀正常,因排便仍不畅而加服中药承气汤后排便恢复正常,饮食及其他情况随之恢复,随访6个月余,各项指标正常,多次复查肿瘤标志物、结肠镜等均未见复发梗阻加重征象。结论对于结肠癌术后或(和)放疗后再次发生的结肠狭窄梗阻,可以将结肠镜和放射介入下放置内支架作为解除梗阻的次选方法之一提供给患者选择。
