神经内镜治疗高血压基底节区出血的手术体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜治疗高血压基底节区出血的手术方法及手术适应证。方法回顾性分析单纯神经内镜下微创治疗32例高血压脑基底节区出血患者的临床资料。结果术后24h行头颅CT检查血肿清除率93.6%;术后无颅内感染、脑积水及死亡发生。术后3个月格拉斯哥预后评分,5分12例,4分16例,3分3例,2分1例。结论神经内镜清除基底节区出血具有微创、直视等优点,是较佳的手术方法。
