二噁英的生殖毒性研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 二噁英对环境的污染和对人类的危害越来越引起全球的重视,目前已列入世界上最毒物质之一,有"毒中之王"的称号。因具有高毒性、难自然降解、生物富集效应、雌激素样作用等特性,给人类的生殖健康带来巨大的危害。动物实验表明其可导致胚胎畸形、胚胎死亡、生长发育迟缓、后代生殖能力下降,还可影响雌性排卵及激素分泌,雄性精液质量下降等,本文就二噁英对生殖系统的影响进行综述。
